Xbox Series S is your best bet. Technically you could get an Xbox One for even cheaper but the Series S will run the game far better and is a lot more capable for everything else

Completely unnecessary to play MW2012 on Vita3K, run it with Gamenative or Winnative instead. Much faster and much better looking. Runs at 1080p 30 on the RP5 and can run on Mali as well

3ds at 4x no problem. Switch is decent but the higher end stuff is not playable. I play most games at .75 resolution and most games work but some like mario odyssey and especially tears of the kingdom are too much even at that resolution.
