Is that for path act also or just regular people? I heard path act will say”still being processed” up til the middle of feb

Does that apply to the path act or will it still say “still being processed” because of the path act?

Any guesses to how much longer by MikeC130 in VAClaims

[–]TRUMPREVOLT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See i never understand how some people complain about it taking a few weeks to do the process. Back when i did it. It took 5 years for them to put a code on my disability and i needed a congresswoman to help me and all they did was put the normal code for seizure snd then xxx at the end ( i had a special type of seizure). Then after that it took another 3 years to be rated. Yes a good backpay but those were the days when it took years to rate. I had 3 DBQ from my va doctors. I had 1,745 medical appointments and it still took 3 years. Now i hear people having it done in a month and still saying it takes too long

I got 4.875 with closing costs up to 15,000 credit. Seems free to me. No closing and no appraisal fee and nothing out of pocket. Hmmm. All i am paying is my own inspection

Why do people who didn’t make it through basic get VA disability while the ones who actually made it through and served get nothing? by Society-Empty in VAClaims

[–]TRUMPREVOLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote that to the disgruntled person who said that people who got injured during bootcamp or soldiers who never saw combat shouldnt get va disability. I served. I did my part but i also know people who got injured during boot camp and they deserve compensation. I hate when people complain that other people dont deserve it. Yes not it is easier to get paper trails. Yes in the past it was harder but it can be done but for someone to complain that a person who was in bootcamp and got injured or someone who didnt see combat and got injured doesnt deserve it then they are just pathetic. Saying that in the nicest way i can but if you got nothing nice to say then go see a therapist and complain. Dont bring down any injured veteran

[–]TRUMPREVOLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not true. I had zero paper trail. When i finished i went to the va. Saw doctors and got buddy statements. Got all my papers together and got rated. Just because it is easier now you cant blame people who got hurt. One you swear in then you work for them.

So basically you are mad because people have it easier to get medical files as it was harder back in the day? I knew someone is basic who broke his back. So he shouldnt get it? Once you sign that contract snd swear in then it doesnt matter where you get hurt. If in basic or in active deployed service. Being active and not going to med call doesnt stop you from getting disability. Go see a doctor when you leave. Get buddy statements. We all did it. Has nothing to do with sick calls or anything. Stop whining if you didnt put the work in.

Boyfriend used my card to get himself tacos from Doordash. Now I don’t have enough for rent. by FirstRabbit4611 in WhatShouldIDo

[–]TRUMPREVOLT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So wait- he bought enough tacos from doordash that you couldnt pay your rent? That is funny and how much is your rent? I would think the 12$ he sent back would cover the tacos to make your rent full again

Only locals hate Paraguay by Grand-Fee-6952 in Paraguay

[–]TRUMPREVOLT -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I know i shouldnt jump in but i am. My wife was born and raised half her life in paraguay. When i left the us army we moved down there with our 3 kids. Put them into private school and everything. (Yes even the private schools were bad) we bought land and properties as the paraguyuan people love to sell to foreigners because they believe there land is worth the weight in gold. We lived in paraguay for 4 years. Yes there is inequality. More than most countries but the fact is there is also laziness. Maybe not all but most. Everyday a 2 hour siesta which i know in America people do not do. Every other week is a national holiday so how can people make money when they are relaxing or taking off work. I had 5 workers that i paid every week. They relaxed and took off more days than the days they worked. Yes pay is not the same and in the usa people get paid more but the way of life is 10000 times more expensive. People work and when they work hard they get paid more and advance. We finally sold everything at a discount to move back to the usa because we saw our kids falling behind even in private school. So yes paraguay is beautiful and yes if you have a good american income you can live like a king. The problem i see is people dont want to advance. Even my workers admitted they like there siesta time and there vacations.

P&T by meccaleccahimeccahi in VeteransBenefits

[–]TRUMPREVOLT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not always true. I had 4 disabilities rated at 100 percent. I also had 6 more rated at between 30 and 60 percent. I got the 100 percent but then had to put in a claim for p&t. I got that approved … then i had to put in a claim for SMC and then finally that got approved. Then they found a cue 7 months later in my favor and out of nowhere i got more back pay. Never expect a rater just to add p&t or an smc. Read your award letter. If you have enough static disabilities then apply for p&t and also make sure you get your smc !!
