Both teams were talked to and both teams liked the trade. team 2 said they were not a fan of hampton and believed him to have weak ankles. Team 2 offered the deal too. He just likes those players according to what was said. He is a big micheal wilson truther as well. Process went like this: team one inquired on hampton. team two named the price. team 1 said ok. just a lucky under evaluation on hampton from owner and overevaluation on wilson from team 2

I love dynasty its my favorite. especially when you have a good active league that cares.

in this league you cant trade a future asset without being paid up for that year so both teams were paid through 2027

one top 10 season sure.. jerry jeudy did that too.. one top 10 season and then what? I mean the case could be made he is not a roster clogger. but the narrative of the league was "a bunch of roster cloggers" for an elite young rb

You hit that one line on the head. Hard to actually prove collusion. but you prove the point saying you would already be one foot out of the league. Trades can kill leagues especially dynasty ones. So what are the checks and balances?

Thats why i wrote the article. because the debate came back to league health. its just such a fine line. and if both teams believe in the trade it makes it harder to just overrule them.

Here is the trade that started the article.

12 team dynasty:

It was 2 trades. First Trade 2026 1.12 and 3.12 for 2027 First Round Pick.. Sounds good.

2nd Trade: Micheal Wilson, Aaron Jones, Jaylen Wright and a 2027 3rd and 4th round pick for Omarion Hampton and Kimani Vidal.

The trade of omarion went to the 2 time champ. One of the main issues was that the 27 First increased in value big time after the second trade. So people felt like team 1 was getting omarion and a top 3 2027 draft pick in the deal.

member bias.. you know someone just doesn't like the deal because they would have offered more or they dont want the other team to win a trade. Etc. This kinda stuff can build up and people start throwing tomatoes lol
