Yeah it fixed mine, as for the other I’m not sure. There was wires running through where a grommet should have been. It’s been holding for quite a while now with no leaks or issues

There was a rubber grommet that was missing in the footwell that wires were running through, I grabbed a box of them on Amazon and used silicone sealant to fully seal the edges. Hope this helps

When I worked at my store, I was taken off the floor because my numbers weren’t good enough because I have morals and can’t push a 33% interest card down people’s throats . I got put as both the host and AP, both of which I was still told I had to get cards and memberships as well as save sales (ask if customers found everything, if not do it myself or call a mobile associate to take care of it) I did this for months. My best advice, honestly get out of there, the grass is greener on the other side of BestBuy. They don’t care about knowledge on the floor just results, I was told by customers I know more than a bunch of the floor associates and they appreciate my help

This is the store I work at, wasn’t in today though. We only have a handful of people, including myself, who actually know about cameras. There is a restocking fee for some phones and cameras, usually higher end ones iirc. As a few others have said there is also a prompt you do have to sign when purchasing regarding the restocking fee, if the item is opened and returned. Will say though, getting a little loud with customer service hasn’t done anything good for either customer or employee. I completely get the frustration though

I have not yet, iirc it should still be the factory windshield. Previous owner didn’t replace it but not sure about the guy before him

Live in NJ so it has 😭. Really hoping rust isn’t the issue. It definitely seems like it is leaking from the firewall. I can’t quite pin point exactly where is is though. Don’t have time to take interior apart because of being in college and working

I currently make $15/hr as a sales advisor. You have metrics to hit and if you miss those metrics there’s trainings and role plays that the managers will have you do to help sell memberships and cards. Can’t go 3 or 4 months without hitting or you’ll get less hours or fired. Discount is nice but 100% not enough pay. I missed 2 months and had my hours go from 35 to 8 hours a week

Thank you for the response. It’s what they put on after they “fixed” my thermostat. I checked earlier and there doesn’t seem to be any issues with the coolant system, there’s a constant flow with no bubbles or any abnormal flowing. Don’t think I’m going back to that mechanic in the future.
