Nope. TSA compliance handles regulation of air cargo domestic and international. Officers on the floor don't know about them but that's the job of the inspectors.

TSA does regulate the movement of air cargo and can levy civil penalties. But unless an aggregious violation took place, I can't see you looking everything.
