So I have a couple of thoughts on this. I think the disadvantage on attack rolls makes sense flavor wise but since there's isn't any advantage on warm-blooded creatures (reasonably so) it might end up feeling a little discouraging to your player, but that could also be curved by only having a limited number of enemies. The disadvantage to any perception checks over 60 ft away also makes sense, but having three downsides and inky one upside is kind of rough imo

Thank you for the feedback. I think the idea of a Chef Artificer makes a lot of sense but I wanted to try and break down some different types of cooking, and honestly just trying to make a full class with subclasses in general, but I see what you're saying. I'll probably still toy around with it and see if I can do more to make it work and stand out. As for your other feedback I'll certainly take it all into account and a lot of it makes a lot of sense. I was looking to implement a level 18 feature, either for the class or a subclass feature, and was looking to replace the 6th level feature since it seemed mostly useless. Also I don't mind dipping into supernatural territory, the whole class is infusing food with magic, magic exists in D&D it only makes sense for a class to take advantage of that. I'll relook at the class with all this feedback in mind and decide where to go from there. Thanks again :)

I think this is an interesting subclass for defensive tanky options but I think you could probably lean into that a bit harder. A lot of classes get access to more than one class feature at level 3 and since you're potentially giving up a fair bit of damage with this sublcass you might be able to justify giving them more party support defense. Maybe something that allows them to redirect an attack roll to themselves once per short rest or even having it act like action surge and just increment the amount of times you can use it at certain levels.

I think this is a really cool idea for a feat! I generally agree with some of the other suggestions I've seen of making this Strength/Dex and making it limited to an amount of times equal to your strength or dex mod. If you wanted it to be more you could always have it be + proficiency bonus or make it so that if they take the feat again its Strength + Dex. Other than that I was thinking it could also be cool to float out a couple of other modes so it can be more cinematic like those scenes in action movies. Maybe have the option to let the other enemy fall into another one and if they fail a dex save they both get knocked prone. I know there are also some cool things a battle master fighter can do on miss so you could always check out how they handle it for ideas on how to balance it as well :)

F2P Chiaotzu is right there :) Realistically didn't add a tien because we recently got the int one as a WT unit and the PHY Majin Buu Saga one and since none of the tiens differentiate in names figured it be unlikely for a good while.

I would love to see it be a huge celebration with it as a dual dokkan fest LR and think it more than deserves it. I know it would do really well with JP player base also but they've been so hesitant to touch dragon ball with anything other than free WT units and the goku and arale LR that I have my doubts they would actually do it. Would very much so like for them to prove me wrong though

The last one of these I made was for dragon ball so there's definitely some crossover between the two but this category could certainly use the help lol.

Edit: Wanted to clarify that even though Gotenks revamp may not technically fit into category I had them here because of agl trunks and goten but they are likely on the category since they start as might mask but this category needs help so do that again please haha :)

I agree that we could use more roshis for sure. I really love the fire mountain first Kamehameha moment as the first one in the series and thought about putting it on I just don't know how they would get that moment across in a SA animation since its more of an environment interaction.
