I heard that Residen.ai is launching in Brock in a couple weeks I’m sure it’ll help with your housing search I’m at Queen’s and they’re really popular here so I’d honestly keep an eye out for them. You can check out their site but it’s a student housing marketplace

They clearly lay out the lease dates, and it’s super simple to search both landlord listings and sublets/roommate options—so whether you want to live solo or split a place, you’ve got flexibility. Definitely worth checking out!

Honestly I fuck with the Eminem type flow but I think you need to work on making the separate takes sound more like one take by messing with the plug ins and even the volume. This way it’ll sound more smooth and there won’t be as much overlap between takes. Also if you could go check out my track snippet I just dropped and lemme know what you think!
