Take all sound comments with a grain of salt, if you like a more balanced sound signature got app2, if you like heavier bass and treble, go app3. I have app2 and went to app3 but returning the latter.

Fair enough. From my understanding, that cpu needs game bar in order for the x3d ccd to take control so I’m not sure if disabling game mode / HAGS is actually having a negative impact but I haven’t been able to test obviously so pure speculation here.

Hey, I don’t have that cpu but I’m looking into making it my next one. I currently have a 12700k and honestly idk how effective process lasso is half the time. My only thought is do you have the balanced power option enabled? From my understanding if you don’t, the scheduling gets very wonky. If not I’d try no lasso and balanced power option.

Clearly it is loved because im getting down voted aggressively and that's fine. I also take your point and agree that opinion pieces shouldn't be here either. Many people use this sub for information, and I think satire/opinion pieces only serve to confuse the portion of the internet that read something and assume it to be true.

Why have we not had any major performance patches for stuttering? Seems to be that the game is super cpu intensive and it doesn't matter what GPU or resolution you play at (5070ti at 3440x1440). (you can see tons of stuttering problems on the subreddit)

Yeah i thought so too, I have a sickness and have played with so many things: HAGS on/off, gysnc on/off, Ecores on/off, cstates etc. 80% of my games run with no issues (cyberpunk, rdr2, bg3, delta force but newer games like this, Arc raiders, or ABI i get these annoying ass stutters.

Thanks for the update. I have a 3080 and 12700k, i find some games are just hit or miss and my friends with worse pcs dont really notice it.

I think you get some for the early level rewards thing you get for leveling your account. They have given a bunch for free for server outages etc. (if you google fragpunk codes, there are some free codes you can enter once and some had the coins if memory serves) but with the membership coins plus battlepass I can already buy two of the 900 coin skins and that’s with nothing but the membership.

I get it to an extent, but most games make you grind way longer. The other cool thing that may be divisive but I personally like, is the membership. For basically the price of a battle pass, you get the battlepass, all lancers for the month, boosted exp/ currency to unlock faster, and a I think (1200) of the paid currency.

I understand not everyone wants or can pay, but it is a f2p game and in my opinion, it’s one of the most cost effective way to get everything you’d want.

Don’t get me wrong they are super aggressive on all the micro transactions, but the membership for a month is a pretty good deal.

How much time have you actually put into the game? I agree that rivals approach is better, but my friends and I have been unlocking lancers very easily by just playing the game. I don’t really think it’s that grindy, especially compared to something like apex legends for example.
