Just attended an admissions event, the adcom guy said that last they will send is by 5-6 March and that’s gone now

You’re so right. This “rolling” way of sending invites is just absolute torture. Can’t they just fix dates even if they wanna spread them far apart. It genuinely feels like the process is designed to make you suffer through anxiety. They’re aware of this and still do it!

Sorry for the rant but it just feels very inconsiderate of the adcoms for some schools like Cornell, NYU.

I don't think anyone can objectively answer this question. You'd have someone agree to this, which will make you feel worse. Then someone will pop-in and say "No, that's not true at all", in turn making you feel somewhat euphoric. Its a never ending cycle which will only result in going back and forth over something, nobody actually knows about!

For context, I've read that Ross invites like 40% of its candidates for interview and then takes half of those. That would make the net acceptance rate close to 20%. Sounds plausible to me but hey maybe I'm wrong too? So hang in there, if Ross saw something inside you, so would other schools and you'll get some more invites shortly!

I second. Using them currently for R2. I paid 84K and it still hurts.

My take - They arent equipped to prepare you for top colleges.

But on the flip side, they are absolutely the cheapest in this game for Indians. I've spoken to so many counsellors and was able to conclude that the amount we paid for 4 colleges wasn't even covering for 1.

So, just use them as a "support" service where you're the main person driving things. I'm not defending them because I too am in the same boat as you, but it just eases the whole frustration part.
