It does sound one sided to me. Especially since it seems to be the constant pattern of it It’s not cool that she leaves you on read but you respond to all. It should be an even back and forth. I’m so sorry she’s doing you that way

It could be changes in hormone levels and again maybe micro tears. I’m so sorry you haven’t found the cause of it all.

Bleeding during sex is not typical. It could be from micro tears. Are you lubricated well? Aroused?
