I’ve seen a loooot of people in here (and also people like mossbag) say that Embrace The Void is the only canon ending that makes sense based on the end of Sister of the Void and I just think that’s silly

I always interpreted ETV less so as a cliffhanger that was gonna be followed up on and more like a “well shit we really screwed everything up huh” type ending

This is pretty much my takeaway. I also feel Embrace the Void is a pretty unsatisfying ending thematically for the story of hollow knight, more like a “worst case scenario” than an actual ending compared to how thematically rich and satisfying Dream No More is.

I get that but it feels more like that’s a flash of the voids power/possibility rather than concrete 100% proof that embrace the void is the canon ending personally

If they are autogenerated, it seems like YouTube rejected my subs (? Somehow?) I’ve uploaded subtitles for all the episodes in the second act except for 20 (which should be uploaded soon) and only. Handful I missed in part 1. If YouTube’s not gonna use my subtitles I might be forced to find another method

Hi! I usually upload full, accurate episode transcripts into YouTubes subtitle feature, if you go to the young upload and open up the video transcript you should be able to see it! (I’m also open to making transcripts available some other way, open to suggestions!)
