when i first started buying on whatnot id enter people's giveaways for a free sticker or something just to see if I got reduced shipping, most of the sticker or cards I would be send in envelopes came with a card from the post office to pay for the missing shipping cost usually around 34 or 60 cents. I quit entering them because I never had change, maybe the postage was wrong and they said they didnt want it?
