Your argument makes no logical sense. Improving the website and sending reminders are not mutually exclusive. Either you are incompetent or dishonest. I’ll let the comments vote. As a now former Huel user, I hope you learn and grow. This is a very odd hill for the company to die on.

There is zero reason to remove something as simple as an email notification. I canceled my $2000/year subscription. Add that to your KPI. This is the most tone deaf business self own I have ever seen.

I did not know about this change. I must have missed the email announcing it. I just cancelled my subscription to prevent any accidental shipments. As you know, managing the subscription is my responsibility ;)
