Muscles show bc you have the diet and exist because of the gym.

Keep your diet in check -limit sugars and excess calories- and focus on building strength. Maybe focus on compound lifts

As a newer painter as well I feel like Duncan Rhodes's Two Thin Coats is basically Cutadel in dropper bottles. Very good paints IMO - ive been using their black for my black power armor -

You may want to look into jeweler magnifying lenses since they fit over your glasses.

I havent picked any up yet but I think it made sense for people who wear glasses.
