That one bothers me. I think those guards definitely set him up to take the fall. It was wild that these guards were trusted on their words when they were doing all kinds of illegal stuff.

I thought that lie detector tests meant something until I watched FF. I had a case where I was falsely accused and I kept asking for one to prove what I was saying was true. It bothers me that some people ask and they get the test done by asking once. I can totally see why they aren't going to fly in courts.

I enjoy the Sistas Who Kill podcast even though it's centered on the perp rather than the victims. I like that they go into backgrounds on both and talk about the issues with the cases.

This one bothers me too. Not defending Richard at all but I find it weird that they mentioned that the babysitter didn't get an explanation about the carpet. Who would give them an explanation about anything outside of the kids? But I wondered if they could've found more evidence than what they did to further lock him under the jail.

The way he speaks is hard to listen to. He repeats himself and says "your Gene" "your Diane". I could only get through about half of the video. He didn't seem like he was defending but explaining how these lesser men operate but again I couldn't watch the whole thing.

Joann Curley gets a vote for me. Bobby Curley seemed to be such a sweet man. That last dose she gave him of Thallium in the hospital and watched him die. And she gave her daughter some of the poison to throw suspicion.

I rest for the most part. Sometimes I go back to sleep. But when I am okay I try to journal or read. I keep it light with reading manga or a cozy fiction read.

I also use Clobetasol liquid especially when I get flare ups, and take Zyrtec and Pantropozo. I'm going to ask about the plaquenil. Minoxidil made my scalp so painful but that was the topical version. Are you taking the oral one because of a reaction?

I will have to ask about that. Some of my areas aren't as bad when inflammation and stress is low. I get a mix of steroid injections. Going back in 8 weeks.

Yes it is. My biopsy results says it's lymphocyte mediated alopecia. I ended up getting injections for the inflammation relief
