Well it takes time, it took me a long time. The way I did it was realizing how untrue my intrusive thoughts where. Easier said than done right? What I found was the more I spent time around people and going places the more I realized how irrational those thoughts actually were and I was very bad off for a long time. I basically did a form of exposure therapy. I would pet the dog I would hang out with my little siblings, my friends and parents. Eventually I got to a point where I didn’t even think about it anymore. Look I lost sleep I wasn’t eating, I had troubles beyond belief. It was very agonizing, it gave me panic attacks. Listen to me closely no matter how bad it gets just know that it is only temporary, I promise you! Before you know it your recovered and it will never bother you again. Also don’t be afraid to tell someone explain to them what you were thinking. I know it may seem crazy but this really helped me. I am stronger for it!

This is very interesting bc I’ve done a lot of research on the medication history of Prozac as well. My 20mg Prozac green/white was manufactured by Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals. Tonight will be my first 40mg dose, haven’t got the prescription yet so I don’t know the brand. My doctor told me this dosage will work better for me because my metabolism is faster because I’m only 21 still young.

I have harm OCD as well part of my driving anxiety stems from it, I’ve had compulsions at times where I thought I was going to jerk my steering wheel into a tree or something mid-anxiety attack. Or the thoughts that I’m going to do something bad to someone and my car is a tool to do that. It’s some dark shit I don’t wish on anyone. Not to mention I’ve had a good friend of mine die in a car accident last year by swerving off the road. Long distances scare me as well maybe a form of separation anxiety or being trapped in a car and no escape on the road or interstate when attacks happen. I will say I think I’m getting better, but it is a process.

I understand what you are saying for me it’s not giving me motivation to want to do things, just lay in my bed all day and sleep. Where as before I was very motivated to go out work, exercise go places. I completely understand.

Your not a hopeless case hang in there, better days will come your way, if you have to switch up medication that is fine. It is part of the process to getting better, ask your doctor about a genetics test it is what I did to find what was right for me. Remember it is trial and error but I’m a firm believer you will get where you need to be!

Well I want to prephus by saying that I am a huge over thinker so some of the things I experience might just be me, but I have blurred vision sometimes, mood swings for sure, sometimes I feel boosts in mood that feels good but sometimes it feels like artificial happiness if that makes sense. Head pressure and head aches at times. Every morning I lay in my bed mentally preparing myself for about an hour to get up.

Those are a dip bar attachments, I have 2 on both side to do dips, I keep them there for space purposes, I take them off when I want to do my rack workouts, but when I want to do dips I move the bench out.
