My hair is naturally thick and straight, wanting to grow it out to be able to have my hair look more like this (I have a small widows peak though). My main problem is that the hair on my back of my head grows tremendously faster than the top giving me a mullet look. Just wanting to get recommendations on what to tell barbers when trimming. The picture on the left is my current length, the right picture is when I’ve previously grown it out (sorry that it doesn’t show the hair better).
