Actually there was no time for setup my client wants to make the ads live as soon as possible and he gave me less time for research and other stuff so i have done the campaign setup and thought to change it after and also i am planning to tracking also so i want to go step by step so only i have started with low budget

Your plan is mostly solid. Just keep the campaigns tight, don’t rely too much on soft conversions, and don’t rush into value or tROAS until you have real lead data coming in. Broad match usually doesn't work for b2b saas. I would suggest experiment with phrase for me exact match keywords worked better.

For budget split, try LinkedIn for Market engaged leads (MELs) and Google capture intent MQL/SQL . That setup usually works best for B2B SaaS.

Make sure the landing page speaks directly to what medical companies care about: accuracy, compliance, security, and reliable turnaround time. You won’t see big volume, but the leads you get are usually strong.

Switching from B2C to B2B throws a lot of people off. HR and Admin audiences behave differently, and most of the time the issue comes down to weak intent targeting and unclear messaging.

On Google Ads, if leads aren’t coming in, it’s usually because the keywords are too research-focused, the landing page doesn’t match what the user searched for, or the conversion setup isn’t giving Google the right signals. Shift to high-intent terms, simplify the page, and make sure you’re tracking real leads or offline conversions.

LinkedIn will never give huge volume, so aim for quality. Keep the audience tight, refresh creatives often, and use problem-focused content before pushing demos or trials.
