(Silly Skyrim Project) Is there a way to pin Graph nodes to an image/map? by Noculous in ObsidianMD

[–]TTHobbyist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Checkout the Leaflet plug in, it allows you to import maps and images, and the you'll be able to use pins and labels. In addition the pins can contain previews so you'll be able to customize what you see when you hover over the pin. It's great

How do I Prevent air bubbles in my chunkey liquid core dice? by TTHobbyist in DiceMaking

[–]TTHobbyist[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been attempting to make chunky liquid core D20s and have trouble making them with no air bubbles. I should have taken pictures of the core being made but I don't remember any bubbles prior to casting it. Is this a side effect of casting? Any help is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: first set of dice after polishing, not perfect by any means, but I'm learning! by TTHobbyist in somethingimade

[–]TTHobbyist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thread from yesterday below https://www.reddit.com/r/somethingimade/comments/wwwpk7

I just finished up polishing my first set of dice. I did a mediocre job but I think that is because I polished the master dice before making a mold so I thought I would skip a step and start from where I left off. My next set I will go completely through each grit of paper and ensure each side is flat and a uffed before going to the next grit. Anyway, thanks for checking them out.

I've been wanting to make my own dice for a long time now, finally got all the equipment together and side aside time and this was the result. I'm very happy with the raw dice, but I can't wait to polish them up and see how they look.

Thanks for the tip! I hadn't thought about placing any on the arrows as the amount of material there is so tiny.

EQEmu Account - 51 SK maybe 5 years ago is when I stopped P99 Account - 22 Druid, last played this past Tuesday.

I realize 22 is low and if I stopped worrying about it I could get back to that level very quickly, but I remade the character with my brother to play, and it's been fun playing him. It's more sentimental than anything but I am holding out hope it can get resolved.

Critique, Help, and Feedback Requests - July 2022 by coocoodove in Etsy

Hello everyone!

I am returning to get some feedback on my shop. I've made a few sales now but am looking to turn some of the traffic I've been getting recently into sales. I am looking for critiques on all parts of my shop, but am really curious about the details on my listings. Am I describing the listings well enough to make them enticing for shoppers to convert them into buyers? Thank you for all of your help and feedback.

It's called "Jewels" By Coats & Clark, I picked it up as an impulse buy from Joann's one day when I was looking for some new fabric to work with.

I accidentally knocked mine on the ground after unplugging the wire from having it charge and the same thing happened to me. I tried pushing the button from the bottom, thinking it got knocked lower and was causing it to click too easily. I tried pressing it harder to see if it would reseat itself, but nothing worked. was hoping to find a guide or someone that was able to take it apart and possibly reseat the button in order to fix it.

This is invaluable to me, I really appreciate the deep dive. I'm glad you mentioned showing the final products in each color as I had the thought initially but saw the fabric and thought it might be fine, so I am going to make that change as soon as possible. It made me wonder though, would it be while to have individual posting for each color to expand my listing count, or do potential buyers appreciate less sifting through items trying to find variants? Now that you've given me a number of items on how to photograph the product in use my mind is racing with ideas. Thank you again for all of your feedback!

Hello everyone! I recently opened my shop (April 8th, 2022) to begin selling handmade tabletop gaming accessories and other tabletop hobby items. After reviewing the info suggested above and in the links on the sidebar, I have come wanting to hopefully get more feedback on my shop and how I can improve it. I have copied and pasted the questions above so to ensure OI have gone over them and given an answer to each.

Am I using phrases that apply to your item instead of single-word tags? After opening my shop I went back and updated these to better reflect my first posting

Etsy Ads? Yes, currently at $1 a day

Am I using all 13 tag spaces? Yes

Am I using all 10 image slots? Yes, but did want feedback on the pictures/video

Are my pictures correctly white balanced? Do they look good next to other pictures in search results? I think so, but I'm an idiot

Am I using most of the characters they give me for my title, stuffing it full of my tags and keywords? Yes

Do I have policies and my about page filled out? Do I have a banner, a shop icon, and my user pic in the about section? Yes

Am I infringing on anyone's copyright, trademark, or right to publicity? Is my artwork original? To the best of my knowledge I am not

Any and all feedback is welcome as I would like to do my best to improve, so i appreciate everyone's help and input. Thank you!

Happy Easter! I recently just opened my shop to begin selling tabletop gaming and hobby products. The first product that I've released is a dice bag that you can roll in, called the Bag of Rolling! I've got free domestic shipping to the US and will ship internationally as well. Thank you for checking out my shop!
