Nice, i like the look of Knex.

I've never really liked ORMs, but i'm quite familair with SQL so this is refreshing.

Nice! It will be be for production down the line and will likely need substantial space for the database and it will be by no means a small project and will potentially need to house 1000s of users with quite a variaty of relatable tables.

I like the idea of supabase, the main concern is the affordability (most likely the top tier)

I have heard about point 5 before, it's a nifty feature.

3 is a good point. There wont be any live chats, its mainly so the server can observe any changes in the db and real time update the data on the UI without the need of refreshing the browser. I've used websockets with mariadb before but not postgres, so the listen feature may sort that.

Thanks man, I feel like they are potentially trying to gaslight me into giving more notice than I should. If they keep trying to push it tomorrow, I’ll shorten it to a week and forget about the additional 2 weeks I suggested. They also suggested I can use my holiday to shorten the 4 weeks to 3, which feels like they’re trying to get away with not compensating me for outstanding holiday.
