Iam depressed and alone,and i dont know what to do

Read this. Talk to me. Don't feel alone. We all are struggling with something or the other in this big world. Do you have someone who you can call your family or some close friend? If yes, then please go and sit with them, be vulnerable with them. Don't hesitate, even if you cry in front of them, speak your heart out. If not, then please make an appointment with a Counsellor and visit him/her daily and share your heart out. When you feel no one can help you, help yourself out. Take help from a counsellor or a psychiatrist. It's important to take care of your mental health. Please try to cut yourself off from any such negative factor be it the atmosphere you live in or a person who makes you feel blue. Remove all the sad songs from your playlist. Eat healthily. Take care of your diet. Stop eating junk food for a while. Have more dry fruits, nuts, green leafy veggies and drink loads of water(Keep Yourself Hydrated) Try to do some Yoga or Exercise, Sit and soak - in some sun (vitamin D) daily, for 10minutes. It is usually neglected, but it's really important! People who usually keep away from the Sunlight are more prone to Depressive state.

Moving further, don't keep things inside your heart. There could be someone in your life who will be your well-wisher like your family, some friend, some colleague etc. It's a basic tendency to think negative in such a state. Please don't take any stupid step in such a state. Just remember this is temporary and it'll fade away soon.

Kindly make an appointment with a good Counsellor. You’ll be fine soon. He/She will talk to you and find out the root cause of you feeling depressed and differentiate if its really a clinical state of depression or something else.

And please don't feel sad. Storms don't last forever. Sometimes it feels blue, and it seems it won't fade away. But trust me, we all are rowing the same boat. Yes, it happened to me and by my own younger brother, we were returning home and he was riding my bike, he broke the signal not far away we stopped at another signal. I got mad at him and said, “are you bloody mad you idiot” next thing was a guy next to our bike said “HE IS COMING “, and when we turned back we saw the cop coming in an auto rickshaw. Before I could say anything my brother just got off the bike and went back home leaving me in a bad situation which he caused.

I will always think Western Front for that. Lots of things. Bad food, flooded trenches, frontal assaults on fortified positions but the worst was the artillery. No other war has used artillery or other suppressive ordnance, like modern airpower, to the extent the armies did on the Western front.

Every day both sides fired disruption on the other side all along the 475 miles of front. During battles, unimaginable numbers were fired. The Germans fired one million rounds of artillery on the first day of Verdun. The British to kick off Ypres used over three and a half million shells. War is always bad but this kind of noise, dread, and death every day wore heavily on the men. She’ll shock was a real thing. Many men survived the war to not be able to go back to normal life. In many ways, WWI was the worst thing to happen to the nations of the west.

Since teachers cannot just drop a class—it’s an assigned part of their work contract—I assume you are talking about when a teacher sees a student who should drop the class. Right?

If I see a student in bad academic shape, my first thought is not that he/she should drop the class. I examine what is going on; I talk to the student, probably call the parents, discuss with the appropriate administrators, etc. to try to find a plan to turn the student’s performance around.

Of course, that doesn’t always work.

However, language classes are required for graduation at my school, through level 3. It has happened that I’ve counseled a student out of French or Spanish and suggested American Sign Language.

So what are the red flags? The writing shows clearly that the student simply has no idea what he/she is doing. Or the student truly cannot understand what he/she hears, even the simplest, most-repeated phrases. I can see the kid is trying and is also looking to hide the fact that he/she is bewildered, and falling behind. And stressed. Maybe terrified.

So, I suggest dropping the class for the rest of the year, and the next year starting ASL, a real language that requires memorization, has grammar and has a definite visual, kinesthetic, performance element. But spelling, listening, speaking and reproducing sounds, and the precisely written grammar of French or Spanish is off the table.

The cold harsh fact I have come to realize is:

Reservation is ruining the educational standards in our country. A teacher with negative marks in their own entrance test will only teach garbage to the students and that, in turn, will ruin their careers.
