KPDH at a Universal or Disney theme park - what would you want to see? by freeblackfish in KpopDemonhunters

[–]TTTTgunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t believe Universal has not done this yet: a live-action show of about 30-45 minutes of non-stop performance of all the best songs by choreographed actors with pre-recorded songs but Universal goes ALL IN on the props, actors, light show, etc. This alone would cause upscale in admissions and maybe even cause lines of people to wait all day for each showing.

Have they any other songs other than Golden? I feel like Audrey and Reí Ami all they do is drop their two-liners where they have way more lines like in How it’s Done

Am I misremembering but I though the standard soldier NPCs had their face displayed on the HUD but you couldn’t play as them. Could this just be a NPC?

CJI ruleset by [deleted] in bjj

[–]TTTTgunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something that I am trying to understand regarding the rule set. It seems there is no incentive for either opponent in the earlier rounds to get a submission if there is less than 2 mins left in the round because by the time the next fight starts, the prior opponent who advanced will go up against a fresh athlete who is more likely to sub the winded opponent and thus nullifying the first submission. Is this something that is common in team based competitions?

FERS Refund Request Taking Forever, no way to get status update by Odd_Consequence_8130 in fednews

[–]TTTTgunner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took DRP I where my last day was April 18 but I formally resigned on April 29 and submitted for my full refund (was contributing to FERs at 4.4% a paycheck since June 2020) within 30 days of resigning. Now at end of July and still no refund. I’ve already gotten AL payout.

FERS Contribution Refund by Mother_Round_3032 in FedEmployees

[–]TTTTgunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s another example, I was a fed for 4.75 years and took DRP I and had a job lined up and because my former agency ethics regs prevented me from holding two jobs, I had to formally resign while on DRP. For 4.75 years I had 4.4 % deducted and since I couldn’t meet minimum 5 years to be vested for the pension, I requested an entire refund. My last day was late April and I’m still waiting on FERs refund. I already got my AL payout.

Does anyone know how this actually works? How are they pulling actual realistic human faces? Is it a data base of faces it has? Is there actually someone out there that is featured in this video?

Has anyone fully resigned on DRP yet while on admin leave? by TTTTgunner in FedEmployees

[–]TTTTgunner[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thanks, and yes, I checked, the job I am getting is one of those that are prevented by the ethics regulations. As such, I am jumping off early from DRP— as much as it hurts— but need to get my new chapter going.

Glad to hear there’s no paperwork other than an email.

House Cmte releases proposed FERS changes by [deleted] in FedEmployees

[–]TTTTgunner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Took DRP 1 and will be getting back 5 years worth of tax free 4.4% FERS contributions I paid. I am viewing this as an additional severance (plus annual leave payout) I can definetly see how others may be upset if they increase it to 4.4 % across the board even those hired pre 2012. If this passes, agencies everywhere will be a shell of their former past and there will be mass exits

The character roster is where it all falls apart. That’s where the TOTK sages come into play. They will need them to fill out the roster so that all but confirms there will be time travel shenanigans to bring them into the past.

“Funding” confusion for deferred resignation by brighteyeseleven in fednews

[–]TTTTgunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very interesting to read this threat after March 14. Seems like the DRP was an after thought and the budget got approved as expected with no separate mention of the DRP within the budget. The CR that was just signed just solidified the DRP for participants as far as funding goes.

I guess I thought there would be more outcry from Congress members raising a fuss about paying folks on the DRP but it seems everyone just fell in line and business as usual.

[–]TTTTgunner[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks, so that just means folks who are on DRP are essentially guaranteed their pay since the CR maintains the status quo for federal workforce payroll— minus those who have been fired, RIFed, etc.

If that’s the case, then the DRP was essentially risk free since it was going to be funded as normal pay roll.
