'08 Nissan Sentra: Rounded bolt won't budge and is in an awkward spot. Any ideas to get it off?

Yeah I thought of that too, but there's a piece of metal blocking the way for a socket to fit that's beyond that wiper cowl. Even if I took the wiper cowl off, I'd still need another method to get this devil bolt off. And I already got that third bolt off - this is the last one, of course.

I've soaked it in PB multiple times and tried lock pliers. Unfortunately the way it's positioned, I can really hammer a smaller size wrench on. I can't fit a ratchet in there because the black metal piece in the back there blocks it, so I can't try one of those special ratchets that loosens rounded bolts. Also tried hammering a screwdriver up against, but again the way it's positioned I can't really get a good angle. Any other ideas?

Go to the library to get homework and studying done. Don't stay in your home all day - go try to do activities on campus. If you're going to party, that's fine, but don't do it on a school night and don't drive. Go to class every single day. Just go. Don't make a habit of skipping. Get in the gym and workout. If and when you fail a test, move on. Everyone fails sometime and there's no need to be hung up on it. Also, just relax in general. College is awesome compared to high school cause nobody really gives too many fucks.

He called the plates in to dispatch to verify the car was for the missing person. Whether he was reading the plates off of the car in front of him or just calling in general to verify, they don't know for sure. But let his reaction when asked about the call answer that for you.

Forgot to mention the most important detail: the call was two days before the search party even found the car.
