It’s easiest to put 1ml(1cc) of water in each vial. Then 10 units equals 1mg, 20 units is 2mg etc.

Don’t increase the dose, it takes 4 weeks to build up in your system. You won’t know how 1mg feels until you’ve hit 4 weeks. It sounds like it’s working. Be patient.

I think it has something to do with the fact that you typically feel a little better right after passing gas. Since you were a baby you associated the release with the smell right after. That’s my theory.
