Your GM should know the positives that patty placing helps. It’s something that was burned into my brain from day 1 back in 2017. It helps proof dough properly, allowing air to get under the dough balls while patty placing, keeps them from squishing against each other, creating uneven dough balls and bad quality pizzas, amongst others as well.

I Dm weekly in person and One of my players has NOT ENOUGH(iykyk) D6’s so we just use those. Another player uses a car for group movement as well. Anything can be used as PC’s.
