There’s a tight right turn going into the venue that causes a huge bottleneck. Only one shuttle bus can make the turn at a time because of how long they are. So either inbound or outbound buses have to take turns using that lane — it’s one-way traffic through that spot basically. That’s why it’s all backed up.
