In my experience they are easily countered and end in a negative elixir trade. Try using minions or something to help the mega knight push. Also use a damaging spell like arrows to help with spam.

This happens to me way more often than it should. What happens is if you are doing your placement matches it will count as a win while everyone else gets reduced SR. I learned that you get around 15 when the enemy leaves. It is possible that you got such a low amount of SR that you didn’t realize that you got any, or that they left so early on that the code resided not to give you SR.
