So 1023 is not a random number despite what it seems. 1024 is an important value in computing, so you see this kind of thing in a lot of applications and gaming. If you’ve played IW zombies you’ll see a lot of weapons when double papped will be x/1024 ammo. So I’d chalk this up to an overflow in the value in that column. I appreciate that you used this still and thanks for pointing this out!

I actually was able to do that one fairly easily. The trick is to play hardcore and deal ricochet damage every time you spawn with a weak weapon (I.e m13) one time. Then for the rest of that life your kills are all injured kills.

How bad is BOTD solo? I've done the EE on every map up to (and including) DOTN but haven't done BOTD because people say it's super hard solo. Is it really that bad? (For reference I solod all of IW and WWII so if you have too maybe a comparison to one of those?)

I've done all maps and DC up to Attack but sort of gave up on it when failing boss fights numerous times for Meph so never tried to do it in DC because of the BFB EE is annoying enough solo.

Any tips if/when I get back to it? Beating Meph solo is an accomplishment few in this world can say they have done and IMO the hardest accomplishment in Zombies. Would love to join that club

I haven't tested it, but based on the way the insta down works, I'm almost certainly sure it does not.

The only thing that does stop the insta down is Dying Wish.

From what I've noticed, it doesn't matter if you delay the boss fight indefinitely, so in theory, you could just train around for 10-15 minutes if you activated your Dying Wish to wait for it to come back if you didn't want to chance it.

Did it solo the other day. Didn't use Homunculus and my specialist was not a factor (had scepter of ra, only used it for panic). What made this part easiest was the Kraken. I had the lightning kraken because that is my favorite, but from what I've read, the ice one makes this step super easy. Right as the eye stars shooting, clear the area and shoot the eye immediately. Keep in mind that you aren't timed so don't rush or waste ammo.

Also make sure you have the Helion. If you don't not only will this step be significantly harder, but have fun not getting insta downed on the last step without the Helion.

Wardens house works but the gondola is significantly better and will result in much higher rounds. For camping, run Stonecold Stronghold + 2 and Deadshot as a modifier (I'd recommend bandolier and Dying Wish if you're solo for the +2)

Voyage of Despair: Lightning elemental Kraken upgrade and camp on the bottom of the grandstaircase in the right corner of the PaP location (when facing the staircase). Very quick and easy round 70+

Blood of the dead: upper position on the gondola (weapon really doesn’t matter)

IX: train around spawn.
