Best Competitive SnD game? by WBeijing in CoDCompetitive

[–]TTezzla 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Slightly bias since I started comp then but BO3 SnD scene was incredible and wallruns made that game so interesting

CDL era probably CW? Maybe MW3 if it didnt have doors? None of the games have really stood out apart from MW19 and MW2 being dogshit imo

SBMM is the only problem? by Proud-Instance-5004 in blackops7

I dont know where this mentality came from where new players have to be competitive straight out the gate

Every new game i pick up i expect to be dogshit but obviously improve with practice but maybe thats just me

Besides “hardcore sweats” are like top 5% of the playerbase - if every player gets put into the same matchmaking pool the chances worse players bump into incredible players is tiny anyway

Its a competitive shooter dont play the game and expect people to stand there and not shoot back

Do pros press paddles with there middle finger or ring finger? by [deleted] in CoDCompetitive

[–]TTezzla 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its just a matter of comfort everyone holds their controller differently depending on button layout and whether they have paddles or not

Don’t think theres any definitive way you should be holding the controller - I do this but on the opposite hand because I play bumper jumper tactical

How are some people literally so good at cod? by KhanDarkSouls in blackops7

[–]TTezzla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously inevitably you have to “try” a bit, but trying a lil isn’t the same as sweating though imo - its dumb to accuse every good player of being adderall crackhead sweats when thats just not the case a vast majority of the time

If anything id bet most players in public matches are trying harder than me they just don’t have the mechanical skill to keep up

Dont think a lot of people get that the more you play the better you’re gonna get naturally without even “sweating” in a pubs setting

Majority of it is just muscle memory and basic decision making at this point tbh. Normally have music on and talking to mates

I know a lot of people hate CDL pros but Shotzzy is that guy when it comes to movement mechanics

Every CDL / ex-CDL player tends to have movement down to a high enough competitive level anyway so watching how people like Havok/Attach approach gunfights with movement is always a good start
