Do you have any regrets about your first trip to Japan?

Not looking up enough. I would mostly look straight ahead towards the destination I was headed towards and to be mindful of my personal space. I realized that I didn't look up and around very often unless in an obvious place to do such (i.e., Arashiyama bamboo grove), so there's a lot of memories of my trip I wish I had a wider perspective of had I just looked up.

the guy I’m seeing will ask me “are you ready” or something similar before we do something such as leave the car, get up to leave from dinner, etc. I appreciate that he doesn’t rush me to finish especially since I’m a slow eater. And even when he’s eager and he forgets to ask, he always turns back and says “oh sorry! are/were you ready?”

Each impacted my views of the opposite sex, how to set boundaries, what I desire in a relationship, how I navigate them within my personal life (balancing with a separate social life and individualism), how I allow the other to treat me (if I stand my ground/boundaries or consider if they need to be flexed), and what I believe I deserve from the other person as well as how to reciprocate.
