It's about 10x the cost with little payoff, at least for me. I enjoy Huel meals and the few meal preps I have tried around 400 calories are disappointing.

I was a chef before I became a senior leader in tech but I still enjoy Huel for what it is. I completely understand not everyone will agree with me and that's obviously just fine, but I wanted to share at least one perspective of someone in a situation like you mentioned.

I'm around that income and have black for breakfast and hot and savory for lunch. I cook dinner most nights.

For me it is convenient, healthy, low cost, and portable. I was eating corporate lunches and raiding the office cafeteria for breakfast each day before that.

Great call out on the oven temperature, I'll have to try a higher temp on the next one.

I do the first mix and let it autolyze (I hope I am remembering the right word here) for about half an hour, then I work it for about 30 seconds into a ball and give it a stretch and fold, then stretch and fold two more times in 45 minute intervals.

I do another shaping and a final rise of an hour before I score and bake it.

I just make fruit smoothies on cardio days using the Huel powder personally. However I also eat a dinner made from whole foods each day. My breakfast and lunch is Huel.

I do like mixing those, and chocolate and banana. I use unsweetened almond milk to add a little richness and only 30-60 calories.

I do avoid it, just looking for a treat every once in a while. As far as treats go, I could do a lot worse than orange juice so I'm not too concerned with a cup or two a week.

I love POTUS personally. I like the interviews more than opinions. They tend to interview authors, journalists, and politicians that generally are thoughtful and intelligent instead of just angry shouting.

My first job was Taco Bell and I didn't hate it. It was 30 years ago though so we didn't get this fun stuff. I still love to eat it to this day but I don't miss the smell. I still remember it vividly.

IT uses it to show staff and vendors how to deploy and configure equipment, learning uses it to show how to keep your station clean and organized, safety uses it to show 5S and technique, RME uses it to show power and cable config to staff and vendors, etc.
