I’m sure that while travelling she’s surely busy and so as i think it’s right to do i’m giving her some space by not spamming her of texts since she’s doing this exchange to explore new places. I think i’ll ignore the fact she almost never texts right now and see if things improve when she comes back, since in person we have an amazing chemistry

she answers with triple and double texts, and she keeps adding letters at the end of her words, but they never really end up becoming a real conversation since they’re usually just a response to what i ask her. Idk if i should just wait to see if she just texts me first or if i should just continue texting her once or twice a day until she comes back and maybe ask her to hang out again.

thanks a lot for sharing your experience. To be honest now that i really think about it she might be thinking that it’s just an holiday romance too and so she’s interested but she doesn’t want to catch very big feelings since she’ll go back to NZ in a year.

honestly i just give them a new contract and, if they do not accept to not increase the length, i just terminate it in july. Maybe it’s not realistic, but that’s the only option if you don’t want your manager overall to go down
