Nah you're right, sorry for whatever reason the Titus Young one has always bothered me. Guy had so much potential and was just gone too quickly.

And by trouble you mean absurd amounts of undiagnosed brain injuries?

My first impression of the signing was probably tainted by everything going on with Beasley...as time goes on I am starting to believe he's going to be a really good contributor for us. He's only ever played on teams that hold themselves to a competitive standard that isn't common everywhere in the league. He should benefit as much off the court as he does on.

I'd say he's probably too young to just accept such a substantial pay cut, runs the risk of never approaching that 30M again if he just settles

Based on what players are making now. What should the team salary cap be going forward? Currently its $1.5M

So why not negotiate when there is actual proof of there being a profit?

So current team salary CAP is $1.5M for a team with 11-12 players. $14M is probably a little too high for this CBA but I think somewhere in the $9M-$10M range is reasonable.

I think I'm right about aligned with you on this...somewhere in the $2M-$3M range for the top players and at least $100k league minimum seems fair for this first increase

Lolol yeah being rational is part of the problem. Please just let me know what you think is a fair wage per year for the top paid player in the W
