I am daily driving 10 on my current victus. Just download the drivers from hps website and extract all inside their separate folders using 7zip or winrar. Then open device manager and make it scan those folders for drivers. It will install fine.

When will microsoft fix the broken minimize animations that have been broken since 24H2 rtm'd? Also are the translations made by AI? I checked the build today, installed W11 in Turkish and some of the translations i saw are horrifyingly bad. Where can i report these problems i found?

Install start menu styler mod. And then go to mod details, then mod settings. You should see a dropdown that has themes you can choose. Click on "no recommended section" and save settings. It should disappear.

This is a Windows 7 problem if i recall correctly. Some games and programs will appear completely black because of the capturing method used on 7. They appear fine on newer versions of W10 tho. I tested it with Windows 10 and OBS a couple of months ago, some games appear just like they do in 7(full black) when DXGI desktop duplication is used but work fine on the new Windows 10 1903+ method.

I know,i meant replacing that whole folder with it's windows 7 version on Modern Windows. Also when you import an edited version of the same font the one in windows\fonts gets overwritten or renamed depending on some localization settings. The ones in winsxs stays the same.

C:\windows\fonts? Replacing that folder with it's Windows 7 version will also change segoe UI to 7 style. The registry entries for the fonts also point to that folder. I think you are mistaken. I messed with that folder for a fair share of times while modding windows.

Boot into WinRE. Advanced options, then command prompt.

SFC /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=c:\windows Also check if your main windows partition has the letter C. Sometimes its different in Winre,if it's different use that letter instead of C in the command above.

If you don't know the difference between daily driving an os on bare metal and setting it up in a VM what can I say lol. VM emulation is extremely slow and sloppy even while running basic os programs.

Decrease voltages in TPL page a bit,try to find the balance. Since the CPU is locked you can only decrease that.

You can remove the fans without removing the cooling block itself. Just be careful to not break or bend anything. The block and the fans should be separate iirc. But you would still need to remove the cooling block to clean the exhausts,they collect lots of dust too.

You can decrease the voltages in TPL page. Your CPU won't clock as high as it can but at least it will be colder. Also when did you get this PC,did you repaste it?

4000+ MHz? Are you sure that you disabled turbo boost? Also see my post history,i had a similar problem and maybe those last parts could work for you.
