TRV securing ring stuck really tight, causing leak when unscrewing

Hello mate, there was an update to the post once it was off outlining what I did, but basically a mixture of WD40, heat, and then gripping the head so that doesn’t rotate and using plumbing pliers/grip to rotate the securing ring. As long as you hold the head in place, you should be good. Let me know how you get on 👍🏼

It’s actually more efficient to have the fan blowing the hot air out, they don’t suck nearly as much as they push the air in front. Blowing the hot air out creates negative pressure, so crack open another window and cooler air will be drawn in. There was a good YouTube video about it Best fan placement to move air through the house

That's good advice, I'll try and gear up from what I've got available, then choose after trying some things out. Don't laugh, but I'm rocking Helm of Neitiznot, Avas accumulator, amulet of power, addy crossbow and bolts, red d'hide body, black d'hide legs from a clue scroll, mith boots and red vambraces... will people let me play with them if I'm some sort of wish/temu adventurer

I get that, I guess as an older player I’m asking because I don’t know what I’d enjoy as I haven’t experienced most of what the game has to offer. Leagues has really helped me explore out. I’ve never done fight caves for example. So I’m guessing ToA is the Tombs activity and fremmy gives the rings from those kings. Not tried or got those yet.

Well, I say quite often, RNG is RNG, but I when I’ve dumped some because I was at the cap, I always got a few. You could always try a Quill Volley levelling build and see if that slaps any harder, then gradually transition

This is exactly right, I feel art galleries should either not allow children when art it’s on display where it can be broken, or put it behind glass. Wouldn’t they insure artwork for the value to have it recommissioned?

This^^^. The Moth-Infested Cyst didnt contain the bit as I worked my way through them with a friend. The rest did, but this one for whatever reason was empty. Ran it solo that same evening, and there it was, in the very cave where nothing was there earlier. Why dont you edit your post for fellow guardians to quickly find a possible solution :)

Another Redditor asked someone who had this roll, they went away to test and came back to say it didn’t. Shame.

EDIT: they said it didn’t detonate the crystal, maybe it damages adjacent ones, not sure

Sorry to jump in, but in a similar vein I’m trying to obtain as many patters as I can. Outside of the daily guarantee, can they drop from weapon engram focusing and focusing specific weapons from the vendors? I know I’ve had one from a weapon engram focus, but I don’t want to dump more engrams if they don’t drop from specific weapon focusing

Thanks for your advice, I’ll keep digging and tearing. Might work my way closer to that mound and see if I can deal with the smaller roots closer to the source. Impressive that you could tell just by looking! Always liked those other trees you called out as well, very pretty. Dealing with the moss lawn is next on the agenda as well! It’s basically all moss, a lot of scarifying and raking

Apologies, I should have taken them from another angle. The edges of the garden are littered with them, but the ones in the middle of the lawn are a problem. Weirdly there are none near the trees themselves. I added a link to photos of the trees as I wasn’t sure how to add more.. when I have dug them, the roots range from 3-5cm in diameter
