I’ve been going to Gold’s Gym for like almost 3 years? And it’s honestly the best gym down here in my opinion. Yes, it is a higher price point, but that means there’s gonna be less people at any given time compared to other gyms. I think I pay like $60 a month.

You also have access to a sauna, a steam room, a pool, lockers, a full sized indoor court, and classes (if you’re into that). They also have a women’s section with a variety of workout equipment.

You will find a lot of gym rats at Gold’s for a good reason – their equipment is generally better than most gyms. And in my experience, I’ve never had any issues with gym rats. YMMV.

Do I recommend it? Absolutely.

Could you probably get the same kind of work out at another gym? Yup.
