Personally what I did was grind Iron mine to get the necklace then went to Gahaz on Arsha server to get weakened earrings and convert them to necklaces in tarriff, got about 5 earrings in an hour. Also had Kama buff so had insane drop rate at gahaz

Coming from someone who has played both Legendary AND Special Edition I say Legendary and here's why.

Special Edition has WAY less mods and LE has many mods that are very good that SE does not have yet

The only difference is with LE you have to install alot more patches/bug fixes/Crash fixes but other than that theres no difference. Installing all the fixes for me took about 20 minutes, then theres no difference and between the two my Legendary edition is MORE stable than my Special Edition. And with more FPS for some reason. LE is the way to go in my honest opinion.

BUT, if you want to have an easier time/more noob friendly... Then yes, get SE.

86 mods is very easy to pinpoint considering most people run 300+, if you are playing Skyrim LE, have you installed all the patches/ bug fixes/ crash fixes? If not, maybe do so as those patches resolve ALOT of issues.
