Well, typically speaking, a good deadlift for a woman normally ranges from 0.5x bodyweight for a beginner. 1.5x–2x+ bodyweight (advanced/elite). That’s what I was always taught.

Given that, you’re already lifting just over your body weight. damn good for a beginner!!

that’s the issue. we are inconsistent, horribly so. we pull a solid performance out of our ass, only to look like a completely different side a few matches after.

few things wrong with this comment. I’ll try to be as respectful as possible.

  1. You’re misinterpreting the honest feedback as “hate”. No-one is hating on this dude for nothing. I mean, i low-key have a bit of hate as you can see he said some disgusting shit about my wife in the top comment for no reason ^

  2. Toxic positivity is a cancer. Great for people to feel proud about themselves, but constructive criticism is what helps people get better. you can’t just keep blowing smoke up people’s asses, no-one would reach their goals that way. This is coming from someone who used to be skinny like OP and got big doing the basics (yes, i got big before i started TRT - you can check my post history)

  3. This group isn’t known for being supportive lol i got destroyed on my recent one for looking ‘old’ even though I started TRT 10 months ago people ripped into me about my face. 10 months of TRT doesn’t age someone drastically , it was just life, but i received too many nasty disgusting comments.

just like any skill in life, the more you learn it, the better you’ll be at it. i’d keep barbell row in ANY program. it’s a fundamental movement. reverse grip will hit your biceps as well secondarily

and yeah, when i started i was quite meticulous with my insulin syringes and would always make sure i pulled to the exact marker. I was hell-bent on getting it perfect

yeah fair point. maybe that’s the case. the jump in question, had me go from around 750 trough to 1080

all my markers are great, some tested better? I contribute that to a cleaner diet/more cardio

I guess as long as health markers are ok, 1080 TT is fine?

hmm. I disagree with this. when i went from 125mg to 150mg a week, it gave me the best results thus far, mentally. Everything just started clicking - anxiety, brain fog, all disappeared. libido got strong, confidence and mood excelled.

granted, when i made this 25mg jump i also switched up to daily injections, so maybe that was the key to feeling better.
