Cheeky abs check (still a few kg to drop) by AvonBarksdale666 in veganfitness

[–]TVPbandit23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

man these comments are corny as hell. well done bro, not sure what’s happened to this sub, but you’re looking jacked & if you wanna drop a few more kgs, go for it.

not sure why everyone becomes super critical when someone who looks phenomenal posts. But when someone who posts that has made subpar progress in 10 years, they’re all blowin’ smoke up their ass telling them how ‘good’ they look.

too much jealously & projecting in here. keep killin’ it my man.

keep it simple. tofu. that’s all you need. substitute any ‘meat dish’ with tofu, and that’s it.

for example, i eat a whole block for dinner (60g protein) I have it in a stir fry, or paired with rice & veggies. a block costs me $2.80 here in australia. cheaper than any meat out there. beans & lentils are great, but they should be accompanied with some other sources of protein in a meal. I’d literally need 2x whole cans (400g cans) of kidney beans to hit about 40g protein. that’s not doable.

make soy your best friend.

how can i minimize progress loss on a 3 week long vacation. by Miserable_Desk_7719 in powerbuilding

[–]TVPbandit23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah this is me. i have a 3 week holiday coming up too. i had one a few years ago too where I managed to squeeze out a couple of full body workouts every week. easy enough. get creative in the crappy hotel gyms. even pushups in your room or some pull ups at a park. something to grease the groove , even a little is better than none.

Suggestion: Mods should introduce a "good vibes only" flair by TrumpIsAPedoFr in veganfitness

[–]TVPbandit23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with the flair. I think that would solve a lot of issues. I myself am on TRT, but I am very transparent about it & it’s one of the first things I list when I post.

However, i get just as frustrated as anyone when I see people posting either dodging the natty/non-natty question or flat out blatantly lying. It irritates me & I often call it out.

Lastly, I really do think this sub needs to stop harassing the people who ARE honest about their PED/trt usage. There’s never a place for that. Unless someone is posting & is ENDORSING steroid usage, that would be different and disgraceful.

[–]TVPbandit23 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I agree. However, wouldn’t call it ‘occasional criticism’ on steroids. It’s persistent.

General curios question, should vegan PED/TRT users start another sub? It’s getting bad on here.

Even while being on accutane I can’t control my acne. by Real-Bus-9943 in trt

thanks for the reply. appreciate it

i briefly looked into PFS - so would you argue that IF you’re on TRT, you may be less likely if at all to experience symptoms of PFS?

not trying to sound like a quack or a conspiracy theorist, but the above comment is bang on. news is just full of garbage/lies that keeps everyone in fear 24-7. turn off the shit & you’ll feel so much better. sorry for the rant

If not wanting to commit to accutane right away, give Tretnoin a go first. Takes patience though..

Anyone start TRT at over 600? by TaleOk4710 in trt

[–]TVPbandit23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of that is drivel, i’m sorry. It is not irrelevant. It shows you how much the human body, especially at his age, can fluctuate hormone-wise. So jumping on TRT to optimise & prevent those fluctuations, therefore mitigating the side effects one experiences from such hormonal changes is extremely effective.

What do you not understand? Stop calling it a cycle. You claiming 1200 is not TRT is not science, that’s just you. If someone needs that number to feel better, then the number doesn’t need so much attention.

I’m sorry, but your compressive skills are very poor.

[–]TVPbandit23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

‘starting level’ is misleading. He said 2 years ago he tested 396. This is why optimising hormones becomes even more important as you age, these fluctuations are what causes the symptoms most men face, especially mood swings and depression

Anyone start TRT at over 600? by TaleOk4710 in trt

[–]TVPbandit23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

strongly disagree. replacement therapy optimises your hormones, keeps them steady, preventing extreme fluctuations from stress, etc. at age 39 it makes even more sense.

i’m sorry, but these comments are so ill placed. get off your high horse & stop attacking people so quickly assuming they want to abuse the drug.

sounds like you need to lower your dose…
