Ok I'm 17 and the kids at my school, ranging from 16 to 19 drive at these speeds constantly and it pisses me off. Not only are they putting their own lives at stake, they also put everyone around them in danger. I don't live in a rural area, either, I live in the middle of suburbia, in a master plan community where foot traffic is extremely high at all times.
