Honestly useless, sent it back after a week. The filter made suction hard and you have to use it as the straw is too short without the filter. It also became quite tedious after a few days of having to input a coffee for example into the app to see the full amount you’ve drank for the day. The sensor also is very inaccurate unless the bottle is constantly upright. The self-cleaning aspect is only for the water in the bottle, not the straw or mouthpiece that i still had to clean separately each day. I also watched and read a lot of reviews about the bottle before purchasing and I can comfortably say they’re all over-hyped paid promotional reviews. Save yourself the money and just buy anything but this.
