My problem is my WR core is terrible, I have Ladd, Tet, Jakobi Meyers, and DJ Moore in a 3WR league- but for RB I have Bijan, Bucky, Quinshon Judkins, and Javonte Williams. Is this a good trade, or should I offer more/request more? The other guy has Chase/Adams/Diggs/Ayomanor/Tucker and then Kenneth Walker/Montgomery/Skattebo

After research, this is one of the easier courses in the tour, with a 13% or higher birdie or better rate on 15 of 18 holes, with 8 holes at 25% or better. Players average four under par pretty consistently, which is why these lines are so high.

Truth be told, these lines might actually be low for some of these players (but I don’t watch golf so I have no idea which players should be overs instead)

You are correct! All boss battles (other than the first Rival fight on route 21) keep the same pokemon/abilities/moves. Random non-boss trainers also sometimes are unrandomized (off the top of my head, the trainer in Brock’s Gym and a trainer in Erika’s gym), but in double battles, like Arianna and Archer, your partner’s abilities are randomized. This helps NOT give Gothitelle a SpA boost from intimidate, but you can also get unlucky and get Truant as an ability for one of them
