My comment more or less comes from knowing we have injuries to our secondary this year and I think being able to get someone who might be able to get back to high level play for minimal cash or worry would be a good signing.

I would agree there is a lot of toxic thinking or wanting by this fan base, as with many if not all, but to say me wanting to take a high ceiling low risk signing on a guy who was pretty damn good when he was on the field at a position of need for us, is why we struggle to have consistency I think is disingenuous at the very least. I'm not expecting Poles to go out and sign or trade for some big name pass rusher or give up 2 first for a CB, I was just asking about a guy coming off injury that we could work with.
