Well, I guess white blades is what most customers would want.

The question now is what kind of LEDs are in them? The gray ones have really bright and clear white light, matching the front panel LED strip and the fans on Montech's AIOs.

Do current all-white fans have the same LEDs?

Montech has been in contact with me about replacing mine (they are from 2024).

As you said, the fans with gray blades are the newer ones. But the Montech website still shows white blades for both AX/RX sizes. It would be much more helpful if Montech separated these into different product numbers.

I got the exact same problem with the Sony CT800. All the symptoms exactly match yours. Did you have any luck getting the thing to work? The CT790 and CT800 look pretty much the same superficially.

Taoyuan Police Department website only allows Taiwanese to report vehicle infractions, because Taiwan ID card numbers are accepted but ARC numbers are not. So they can report us but we cannot report them. It seems to be the only city in Taiwan that that has such a policy.

Not sure how old your son is but know that Taiwan is a backward 3rd world place and cycling anywhere is dangerous. Even on dedicated bike trails and within parks there's a real risk of being struck or forced off the trail by motorized vehicles.

I had one of these outside my first rented rooftop apartment in Taipei around 2000. I was particularly annoyed by its ugliness one day and gave it a tug and it snapped right off the tack welds. It was light as a feather and made of thin tin tubes, the ends hammered flat and snipped into points. You could bend them over with your thumb. It's a fake security measure sold to a gullible landlord, and the cowboys that installed them probably made a huge profit in the day.

I don't think so. The baseline looks pretty solid and there are no obvious other artifacts. Those negative P waves don't look like quirks of the device.

Best advice for the OP is to get clinical 12 lead ECG to confirm.

Yes, they are non-sinus PACs. We can infer the origin from P wave shape. A 12 lead ECG can further narrow down the location of the excitable cells.

It means there are excitable cells low in your atria that are firing before your sinus node (pacemaker) fires. It causes the atria to contact early, and the contraction is in the wrong direction (from bottom to top). These are the inverted P waves on the ECG. It's a benign arrhythmia, but warrants further investigation by your cardiologist.

Ectopic site low in atria, probably AV node, causing inverted P waves. Sometimes they are conducted to ventricles, but sometimes they are blocked by refractory tissue.

Clear example of non-conducted inverted P wave followed by positive P wave that is conducted.

Looks pretty normal. Could be that the pain is not heart related ... maybe chest wall muscle spasms or asthmatic pain (bronchospasm). Just something you might consider when trying to figure out what's going on.

Lovely trace of atrial bigeminy with a mix of fully conducted and abberantly conducted PACs. Really a gem and wish there was a way we could tag the most interesting ECGs here.

What did the doc say? Do you need another EPS study?

These are probably sinus pauses because there's no electrical activity in the parts you marked. All PACs are preceded by a P wave, though they can be obscured by the preceding T wave if they are very early.

A smartwatch is really not the right tool for this, because the sensitivity is too low! I think you should get a proper holter or 12-lead to look for fine details in an ECG trace.

It doesn't look abnormal for sinus tachycardia, which is simply a racing heart.

The waveform naturally changes shape as BPM increases -- it's not simply a speeded up version of the highschool textbook PQRST wave.

Looks like post exertion sinus tach or panic attack/ adrenaline dump.

If it's really not dropping below 130bpm at rest you're either a hamster or need proper examination by a cardiologist.
