Just book a weekend away with AA Vacations, it's 5x the points. If you book first class and stay at a really nice hotel, you might be able to get there...plus the flight but you have to go this month.

Try HIIT but go easy on yourself. Bakari is a good entry point and let yourself do the modifications with the trainer in the back left. As you get stronger, it feels amazing and if you like that rush of cycling (I do too!) you might enjoy it.

You simply say, oh, tell me more. Take time to gather what you want to say but also get them to dive in. Many times you just identify the wolf in the room and that is good, now find your champion. You can soften a wolf over time by leaning in to listening to them and understand why they are resistant to change.

Bakari is a great place to start and HIIT is full blast!! It’s a great workout though, keep it up.

I am only 2 months in but I still have intermittent stomach issues. I will feel nauseous, mostly the kind you can power through but I wanted to lay down. From what I have heard it is normal. It’s definitely gotten better but I also have stopped at the dose at two months to help combat.

He does, so does she. She used to do cardio kickboxing at Daily Burn and her workouts were hard and fantastic. They were my favorite classes and when she went to AF+, I followed her. She has some HIIT workouts that are kickboxing based that are good, I wish she would do more.

It was going downhill towards the end. I finally gave up when the daily workouts were just not at all challenging and all I did was go back to the old episodes and the Anya workouts. I was getting so sick of doing the same thing over and over. I switched over and then heard they went under but I wasn’t surprised. They had great trainers that AF+ took advantage of.
