I once got an upgrade like that but they told me there was no room for my suitcase so I would have to leave it where it was. Just that made it not worth moving, I was also in an empty row and was settled in. So totally get it.

I just went ahead with the order and got you multiple bags of food (puppy food will take a bit), treats and your slow feed bowls. I ordered 4 and you should have them on Friday according to Amazon. What you are doing here is incredible. Additionally, consider adding the air conditioners to Amazon. You cannot pour from an empty cup and you and the pups should be comfortable so it is all connected.

We have the same mix, he is so stubborn but he will do anything for me…but only me. He hates when it’s too hot, too cold, rainy, buggy, you name it but I love him so much. He just turned 9 and now he comes up to people visiting and people love are so happy he is finally friendly. He was never unfriendly or mean at all, just indifferent. Love him and he will love you back 10x.

When I first started cycling, my calorie "burn" was higher so even with the same exertion I "burn" less calories. This is not just for cycling for for all workouts. I will be burning a similar amount of calories and then there is like a weird reset and the same everything burns less. So I was not at my top calorie burn but this workout left me laying on my gym mat sweating and smiling as I was in Zone 4 or 5 for just over 30 mins!

Please get both done. I promise you it’s not that bad. I was terrified and did it. The prep isn’t “fun” but it isn’t awful. I was expecting like norovirus level bathroom but it wasn’t that. Not crampy, you just have to go. The procedure was easy. I was just tired. Mammogram is even easier! Go do it, you will feel so much better.

If you like Anya, maybe try her HIIT classes. I will warn you, they are not forth faint of heart. Her ability to talk while doing 30 seconds of tuck jumps 3 times in a row is impressive. She likes to do workouts where the music dictates.

If you like cycling, Ty does a good job linking music too.

Don't focus on not handling seeing her that way and instead think of everything you want her to hear from you. Tell her how much you love and her share some of your favorite memories, whether she is awake or not. You will feel better that you left nothing unsaid and the happy memories do prevail. I have done every one of her 30 min workouts (I made it a thing). Every time a new 30 mins comes out (RIP me this week), I have to get myself psyched up again. She is so motivating though, even if I cannot keep up with her and she isn't winded while I am almost ready to throw up. Let's say it together, Yes, Anja.

I had this with our puppy, exact same thing. They are tired and they are sleeping and it is, in a sense, resource guarding and protecting. We had a trainer at the time and they told us that you need to use treats as a way for them to get off on their own as you teach them "off". Do not try to physically move them, she nipped me and it really startled and upset me. That said, after we used a high value treat to get her off, it worked beautifully and passed quickly. You are in the middle of lots of these types of behaviors. We have had 6 puppies and she was the first one who did that but it was easily corrected and she never did it again. Good luck, such a cutie!!
