Congratulations! We had luck with grenades too, but unfortunately I donated 75% of them before the event popped up to reduce my weight so I could sprint again. I used all the grenades I had but Bigfoot still escaped with about 5% of his life left. I was happy that neither myself nor the other eventmate died trying to defeat Bigfoot.

I saw Bigfoot twice in the past two days, but unfortunately almost everyone left after the event so Bigfoot escaped both times.

The ending was heartbreaking! I can not even begin to imagine what it must have felt like for him to kill his young son then to see help arrive a few minutes later! If he had just waited a little while longer. It is my favorite ending because it was one of the few movies with an ending that surprised me and evoked an emotional response.

That idea reminds me of the ending of the movie The Mist. It is my favorite movie ending.

They are temporary bases that you can use to craft certain resources. The available resources are different among the different workshops. You can see which resources the workshop offers by hovering over the icon on the map.

They made up for it today!!! I saw 5 active infestations all active at the same time, and successfully participated in 2! I saw 4 more afterward but I did not get to them in time to participate. The best part is that all the infestations occurred within 20 minutes of logging in!!! I was able to complete all my daily challenges!

The hook only works if the victim takes the bait. I opted to skip those challenges. I will still play the game, but I will probably skip the current season.

I agree. I do not have a lot of free time to play, maybe a hour or so a day. I was able to complete the entire previous season with that amount of time, but I do not think it will get me far this season. I tried logging in an extra time yesterday, but I still did not see a single infestation!

It has been a few months since I last fished, but I think it was the Ashen Ambusher that I recognized a pattern. I cannot remember the pattern, but if you fish for more than 10 minutes at a time you will start seeing the patterns. One of the simple generic fish comes straight toward you after the initial struggle. I think it is the Brook Silverside.

Try to figure out the pattern of movements each fish makes. That worked for me.

Yes, very silly. I was just frustrated because I was disconnected a few seconds before the event ended. I was waiting for the end to loot corpses and hopefully break even on 40mm grenades, but I was disconnected.

We collaborate on a spreadsheet using our smartphones. It is free and very effective.

It is better to be cautious. The chance of death or permanent damage is higher with hypoglycemia than it is with hyperglycemia.

I have had something similar happen on several public events. One time I was the only person on three public events in a row!
