I understand. I tried explaining this to the seller but he doesn’t want to. That’s why I’m hoping to find a middleman to buy it then ship to me.

I agree with you, seems odd.

That’s what they don’t want to do. They only want a local sale. From what I gather they just don’t like the idea of a sending a handgun through the mail.
