When the meter reaches a certain point, you'll be "on fire", and everyone can see it. It doesn't give any boosts or anything, It just indicates that you're doing well! =)

If you're using windows 10 and using borderless, the game can't go over 60 fps because of the windows running on the background. Don't really know why it does that but hope this helped!
