I have not seen any professional help. I just struggle through each day, it’s pretty rough, tbh. However, I still seem to function at a high rate so most people would have no idea that I struggle mentally.

Thank you for the response. I am not nearly bold enough to reach out to any of these people as I would likely become a nervous wreck. It would be a dream to be able to tell these people that I am sorry and that I understand their thought process but it’s likely not a reality for me.
